History
Established in 2016.
Leonard's Driving Services began in late 2016. Some of his experiences as a driver has been on the ride share platform and driving for a Senior Citizens facility, as well as a major fur company whereby valuables and privacy was highly respected and kept. In 2018, I decided to dedicate my time to my own business as clientele built up. Starting primarily in Frederick County, then offering my services throughout the D.M.V. area, to include out of town and day trips upon request.
Meet the Owner
Leonard is from Washington D.C. and moved to Montgomery County and currently resides with his wife.He loves music and is a gifted musician and has always in various ways and opportune moments, used his gifts and talents to serve and to see a happy face. After working as a driver in different companies with so many hours being on the road,He saw the doors open to start his own business,have fun and make people happy. Leonard is a man of faith who does what he says and sets out to do, and is known for being a man of integrity. Leonard looks forward to expand his business,hiring like minded drivers and showing them why his business differs from the rest.

Leonard's Driving Service, is the Best car service I've used in a long time. The Driver was professional and courteous. I used the Service to go to the Airport. The car was clean inside & out. The music was so enjoyable. The ride was nice and smooth. The conversation was excellent. I was so impressed with this service I had post a review. It was Absolutely refreshing. Last but not Least The price was reasonable. I gave a deserving generous tip. Leonard's car service was excellent. I highly recommend this service. No more Uber or Lyft for me. It's the Best

I requested Leonard Services for my son from UMD and back, and their service was extremely efficient and courteous. They updated us on arrival and departure and drove very safely. Their pricing is extremely reasonable in comparison to inflation and their vehicle was clean. I prefer their service to UBER anytime and will be using their service again plus recommending to others. By the way they play cool music.

LEONARD'S DRIVING SERVICE is awesome!!
I got stranded 24 miles from home on July 5th and he responded very quickly!!
He's very nice, treats everyone equally, very reasonable, and not a typical "cab" driver! He follows rules, regulations, and laws very respectfully! He also takes care of my customers at C&R auto repair when needed!

The initial arrangements for my ride home to Frederick had a car emergency. Leonard's Driving Services came to the rescue and got me home safe and sound. I appreciated the conversation home and felt comfortable with the driving skill.

I read a review on Facebook and decided to call Leonard to get some information. He was very accommodating and polite on the phone. We needed a ride to National Airport and then 6 days later needed to be picked up at National for my family of 4 with lots of luggage. He confirmed the dates by text. He arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time, put the luggage in his car and got on our way. He was very friendly and pleasant to talk with. Unfortunately, our flight home was cancelled twice and each time I contacted Leonard to reschedule, he was very accommodating. As a matter of fact, he went to the airport early to pick up my daughter and granddaughter, and then came back in the afternoon for us. I highly recommend his service.

Leonard has been driving me for several months, and he is just a delight. Always on time, safe driver, and a good business man. Very reasonable prices. airport, errands with several stops an even courier services. I can't drive so he is a god send! Highly recommended!

At 8 PM on Friday, September 12,2025, Leonard's driving service picked us up at the Hagerstown airport and drove us to Gettysburg PA. He is friendly, outgoing, and very professional. He is also very reliable, helpful, and a fine driver. His service is worth the full five stars plus!
